The P-Series OEM fiber lasers are designed for industrial materials processing applications, featuring reliable, efficient, and proprietary ABR and SPP technologies. Key innovations in the P-Series fiber lasers also include proprietary heat treatment, mode filtering technology, and a durable and novel fiber laser architecture. P-Series fiber lasers include a powerful optical engine, comprehensive control and monitoring electronics. The beam is delivered via a metal-protected QBH fiber optic cable.
Laser transmission systems
This system is equipped with one 20-meter-long optical fiber with a core diameter of 600-800μm, which connects to the laser cladding head. The fiber optic cable length is sufficient for connection to the laser and powder feeder, enabling laser cladding functionality. The fiber optic interface is QBH. The minimum bending radius of the fiber is R300mm, and the fiber optic cable has comprehensive self-protection features during energy transmission.
